How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
We try to have orders shipped as soon as possible however, because we are a made to order brand orders are shipped within 10 days of the purchase.

Your tracking number is emailed to you once the package has been shipped.

Shipping is dependent on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
What are your shipping options and costs?
All shipping options are calculated at checkout and dependent on where you live.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, however we are not responsible for any duties or customs acquired through shipping.
Can I get an item refunded?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately no, we start working on orders as soon as possible so that we can have them shipped within 10 days.

Do you restock sold-out items?
As we are a small made to order brand we can’t guarantee that every item will be restocked, however, the best way to keep up with updates is through our social media or by subscribing to our newsletter.
Where are you located?
We are currently located in Calgary, Canada but we will be relocating In August to London, England.
